1 Overview

Provide nursing leadership and direction to all nurses within the Division. Interface and collaborate with nurses, healthcare professionals and support staff across the hospital. Responsible and accountable for the overall management of nursing practice, nursing education, professional development, evidence-based practice, nursing administration and nursing services. Hold accountability to transform the organizational values into daily operations that result in an efficient, effective and caring organization.
