Qualification BSCN/Post RN BSCN – Active PNC
Certification BLS/ACLS certified (Preferred)
Clinical Experience 2-3 years
Management/Supervisor/Team Leader Experience 1-2 years
Job Responsibilities
- To act as a resource in identifying and/or solving administrative/operational problems
- To serve as a resource to staff for solving clinical problems
- To ensure work independently and be able to make decisions
- To assess patient care requirements in each unit, by making rounds in all areas of the hospital (according to departmental need/activity)
- To develop and implement staffing plans for shifts based on patient acuity, patient census, and available staff
- To work collaboratively with nursing and ancillary staff to solve problems in a fair, consistent manner
