Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital conducted an Awareness Session on Lower Back Pain, led by Dr. M. Khizer Hayat, Consultant Neurosurgeon. The session provided valuable insights to the management and general staff ladies, helping them recognize causes, prevention, and treatment options for a healthier, pain-free life. An insightful session on lower back pain, its causes, prevention, and treatment, was conducted by Dr. Ahsan Ali Khan (Senior Consultant & HOD, Neurosurgery - MBBS, MS Neurosurgery, Fellowship in Surgical Neuro-Oncology, Spine Surgery, Neurotrauma). Through expert guidance, attendees gained a deeper understanding of spine health and effective pain management.
