Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital (MASH), Multan is a purpose built 500-bedded hospital with state-of-the-art medical technology & futuristic diagnostic center. We are currently looking for an experienced, career-oriented resource to join our dynamic team at MASH and be part of our relatively new but progressive institution.

Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s in Healthcare preferred

Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience Experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and document complaints from patients, caregivers, and other sources.
  • Analyze complaint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent future complaints and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaint details, including timelines, actions taken, and resolutions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into each complaint, gathering relevant information and evidence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in complaint management across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to plan and conduct compliance rounds across different departments and units.
