Facilities Manager

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical or electrical technology
Experience Minimum 5 -7 years in Healthcare preferred
Job Responsibilities:
● To oversee the engineering and maintenance function of all facilities in the campus
● To ensure and maintain custodial functions.
● To be responsible for ensuring maintenance plans for all systems/equipment
● To oversees and supervises the quality of work and all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
● To conduct and document facilities inspections as per the JCIA standard.
● To communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
● To conduct periodic inspections of buildings, evaluates the complexity of any needed repairs to determine best solution.
● To be actively involve in forecast, allocate and supervise the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
● To prepare and execute the plans, feasibilities, and supervise all construction and maintenance work
● To perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor.
