Qualification: BSCN/Post RN BSCN (with Valid PNC)

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of working experience preferable in any leadership role

Job Responsibilities:

• To advocate for patient safety, health workers safety, and safe practices.
• To perform daily rounds to ensure infection control practices are followed in patient care areas.
• To coordinate infection control surveillance activities with assigned nurses in various departments and services.
• To conduct monthly and quarterly audits in patient care areas.
• To ensure compliance with infection control practices.
• To monitor and updates the Infection Control indicators.
• To participate in developing and implementing infection control policies, procedures, and protocols for maintaining the international standards of care.
• To conduct educational sessions for employees on a regular basis and as and when required.
• To participate in departmental/divisional preparation activities for JCIA and ISO audits.
