CSSD is divided into three major zones to accomplish the functions of decontamination, steam and plasma sterilization and sterile storage.

Being the state of the art facility, MASH has incorporate latest equipment in its CSSD zones to make sterilization function more effective, such as automatic washer disinfectors, ultra-sonic cleaners, plasma sterilizer, heavy duty steam sterilizers and table-top autoclaves.
